Isonomy is the twentieth release in the Exceptional Cask Selection series from Foursquare distillery. The oldest release to date, this single blended rum has been distilled in a copper double retort pot still and the continuous twin column still at Foursquare distillery. Matured in American oak, ex-bourbon casks then bottled at 58% vol, Foursquare Isonomy has not been chill-filtered or received any sweetener, flavouring or colouring.

Tasting Notes
Awards
Nose
Initially lots of coconut, both dried and fresh, accompanied by vanilla, ripe peach, pineapple, and mango. Under ripe banana. Gentle notes of Seville orange, sultanas, and a hint of crisp mint. A heavy Rum note, reminiscent of hot rubber intertwines.
Palate
A sweet rush of toffee, maple syrup, and milk chocolate, followed by rich dates and raisins. Walnuts, and a gentle touch of Seville orange and under ripe pineapple.
Finish
Long lasting tannic green tea and oak, toasty, smokey, with hints of cloves.
