The 2023 release of Hazelburn Sherry Wood, matured in Oloroso casks for 15 years. Distilled June 2008 and bottled September 2023, this special limited edition release is only bottled once a year and always filled at cask strength. 9,000 bottles for the 2023 edition, filled at 55.8% vol.
