The 11th Edition of 100% Islay from Kilchoman distillery, distilled from the 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 barley harvests then matured for a minimum of 9 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and sherry butts. We love this annual release, it really is a special bottling and always one we look forward to each year. Each part of the process - barley grown, distilled, matured and bottled has been done at the distillery itself, which makes it so special.
