The Ian Hunter Story - Book 4: Malt Master is an exceptional old and rare Islay whisky, distilled in 1987 and matured in refill ex-Bourbon barrels then finished in first fill European ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Matured for 34 years in total and released late 2022, this series celebrates the legacy of one man, Ian Hunter. Ian Hunter was the last of the Johnston family to own and manage the Laphroaig distillery.
