Macallan Edition No.2, a collaboration between Bob Dalgarno of Macallan distillery and Roca brothers, Joan, Jordi & Josep of El Celler de Can Roca, Spain (Twice been voted best restaurant in the world!). This limited edition release has been created using sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogsheads chosen by each collaborator, married together and bottled at 48.2%.
