Bottled to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Amathus, this special limited edition single malt was distilled in Scotland on the 21st February 2002 then matured in a Burgundian cave for over 16 years. Bottled at cask strength on 27th February 2018, with only 100 bottles being filled!
