This rather special Highland single malt Scotch whisky was distilled back in 1999 at the Old Pulteney distillery. Matured in a refill sherry butt for 19 years, then bottled from cask in 2019. 554 bottles were filled by Gordon & MacPhail at 56.5% vol for the mighty Connoisseurs Choice series.
