Springbank 21 - Official tasting notes
Nose: Dry Amontillado sherry notes compliment an orange zest and mango sensation, champagne and fruit salad.
Palate: Old school Springbank - dusty, dunnage warehouse & earthy. Then vanilla, honeycomb and Belgian chocolate notes come through.
Finish: More orange zest and then butterscotch notes develop with a salty undertone.
