Littered with awards, American Oak is the most awarded expression from Sullivans Cove distillery. This particular single cask release was distilled 22nd April 2000 and matured in a 200l, American oak, ex-bourbon barrel (HH0268) until 20th October 2017. Only 140 bottles filled from cask at 47.5% vol.
