Named after William Brabazon, the 3rd Earl of Meath, this new limited edition series from the Teeling whiskey Company has been created to show the impact and flavour created using fortified cask maturation on their Irish spirit. Series No 1 concentrates on sherry cask maturation, with this latest release being created from a vatting of 6 different sherry casks. The Brabazon Series 1 has been bottled at 49.5% vol and without chill filtration.
