Wasmund's Rye Spirit, distilled at the Copper Fox distillery using 2/3 rye and 1/3 hand malted barley, double pot-stilled to between 150 and 160 proof then bottled at 62% vol (124 proof). Light smoke, apple wood and cherry wood from the malting notes.
