Certified by the Organic Food Federation, every part of production used to create this 15 year Highland malt is fully organic compliant, from the field the barley's grown in, full production process, malting to final distillate. Even the casks have been scraped and re-charred, ensuring the whisky is never in contact with non-organic ingredients. The whisky is then finished in Organic virgin oak casks before being bottled at 46.3% vol.
