Roasted hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, miso paste, pecan pie, maple, dates, dark chocolate, some gentle spices, a touch of sandalwood, candied figs.
Palate
Plenty of jammy fruits; figs, plums, dates. More maple syrup, miso and dried ginger. Some earthy autumnal dunnage vibes.
Finish
Caramelised hazelnuts & pecans. High quality high Cacao content chocolate. Fig Jam & cinnamon.
