A well aged single cask Ben Nevis bottled by the superb independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory. Distilled 25th October 1991 then laid to rest in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt until 21st August 2024. Cask #3837 was cracked open and bottled after 32 years maturation and released as part of the Symington's Choice, Cask Strength Collection series.
