Distilled at the Caol Ila distillery and bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society is this 2000 vintage Islay single malt Scotch whisky. Aged for 15 years in a 2nd fill ex-sherry butt, bottled at an impressive 62.7% vol with an outturn of 276 bottles.
