This is Not a Luxury Whisky, a 2015 release from The Compass Box Whisky Company. The inspiration for this limited release is René Magritte’s 1929 work “Ceci n’est pas une pipe”, a Surrealist painting which challenges peoples’ perceptions of reality... A release, very much about the liquid itself and asking people to consider, what is a luxury whisky?
