This highly anticipated annual release has been expertly crafted by Master Blender Billy Walker from a combination of casks dating back to the early 90's that have been quietly sleeping in the GlenAllachie warehouses for over 30 years! Packed with wonderful flavours, this rare, well aged GlenAllachie was bottled unchillfiltered, without additional colouring and at a cask strength of 48.9% vol.

Bursting with roasted almonds, honey and orchard fruits, with hints of worn leather and butterscotch, followed by orange zest and dark chocolate.
Palate
Lashings of grape must, hazelnut and honeycomb, followed by citrus fruits, toffee brittle and hints of ginger spice.
Finish
Cinnamon and mocha on the finish.
