The Five of Diamonds from the Ichiro’s Malt Card Series. Single cask 1305, distilled in 2000 and firstly aged in a hogshead; it was then transferred to a sherry butt for a second period of maturation before being bottled in 2012 at 57.7% vol.
Hanyu distillery ceased production in 2000, and was later opened once again in 2007 by Ichiro Akuto as the Chichibu Distillery.
