Tasting Notes
Hazelburn 13 Year Old Sherry Wood | 2021 Release
Nose: Deliciously smooth and creamy like a lemon cheesecake with notes of vanilla, citrus and digestive biscuits.
Palate: Fruity with ripe peaches and crisp red apples. The bourbon influence promotes notes of vanilla whilst there are hints of honey and orange rind with a developing undertone of liquorice and aniseed.
Finish: Delicate with grassy freshness and subtle hints of honey and glazed dates.
