What do we have here then!? A bourbon whiskey distilled at the Heaven Hill distillery, matured in a bourbon barrel then finished in a hogshead that previously held Islay whisky (Ardbeg!) Distilled in 2009, bottled in 2018 with only 253 bottles filled. Released as part of Cask Series 006 by North Star Spirits. Excited to try this one, if we can get our mitts on a bottle.
