Released as part of Càrn Mòr's 'Black Gold' Celebration of the Cask range, is this sherry monster from The Highland Park distillery. Distilled in 1995 and aged for 19 years in single sherry hogshead #2475. Bottled in 2015, only 275 bottles filled at cask strength, 51.9% vol.
