Saltire Edition 2 from Highland Park distillery, a collaboration with Scottish F1 legend, David Coulthard. This 13 year old Highland Park has been crafted from whisky matured in first-fill sherry seasoned European oak, American oak, refill casks along with a small quantity of ex-bourbon casks. David Coulthard had 13 Grand Prix wins during his successful career.
