Highland Park The Dark is part of the latest series from Highland Park distillery, created to celebrate the Summer and Winter solstices and how the different seasons affect the maturation of the casks at Highland Park. The Dark, a 17 year old single malt Scotch whisky, matured in sherry casks and bottled at 52.9% vol. The next edition will be Highland Park The Light, due Spring 2018.
