Distilled 2nd December 2010, this single cask release has been matured for over 5 years in a bourbon barrel then finished for a further 3 months in a cask that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry. Bottled in 2016 as a Distillery Shop Exclusive, only 271 bottles filled at cask strength, 57.7% vol.

Sweet, full bodied with spicy cooked fruits and soft rounded peat smoke.
Palate
Sweet, intense and well integrated with dates and dark chocolate evident .
Finish
The finish is long and sweet with layers of PX sweetness.
