Another young yet exciting whisky release from Kilchoman, distilled during the early years at the distillery. Released in the Autumn of 2009, this Islay malt Scotch whisky has been aged in fresh bourbon barrels for 3 years then finally finished for another 3 months in Oloroso sherry butts.

Tasting Notes
Awards
Nose
Strong peaty aromas, wood smoke and medicinal flavours. Rich dark fruits and orange.
Palate
Remarkably viscous, peat smoke with dark fruits, hints of marmalade and creamy toffee.
Finish
It has a long finish, eventually the peat recovers, leaving a clean lingering aftertaste.
