The 2021 annual release of Loch Gorm from Kilchoman distillery, fully matured in sherry casks. The 2021 edition is a vatting of Islay malt with a peating level of 50 PPM, matured in sherry butts distilled in 2011 and 2012, then bottled into glass at 46% vol.
