#projectSTOVIES is the latest single batch gin release from the good folk at Little Brown Dog Spirits. Released as part of the Experimental Spirit Series, LBD teamed up with local farm shop, Marshall's who grown three of the key botanicals used in this latest gin release. Carrots, neeps and beetroot from Marshalls along with oats grown by LBD have been distilled along with roasted juniper and black pepper, resulting in a rich, herbal and gin with a warming spice.
