The nose gives pear juice, bruised apples and grassy notes. There is an underlying earthy smoky nature and emerging vanilla. The palate swells with apricot, honey and perfumed spice building to a creamy texture before revealing refreshing citrus. This is an easily approachable dram with great structure and some almost hidden depths.
