Macallan 25 Year Old, exclusively matured in hand crafted sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain. The casks used for this release were previously filled with dry Oloroso sherry and seasoned for up to two years before being emptied and shipped to Macallan to be filled with Macallan new make spirit, then left to gently slumber for over 25 years!
