An impressive 15 year old Panamanian Rum, initially matured in American oak casks in the tropical climate of Panama, then brought over to the GlenAllachie distillery where it was blended by Billy Walker and given a secondary maturation in a combination of virgin oak, red wine & ex-bourbon oak casks. Bottled at 46% vol, natural colour and non chill filtered. 'Full of pineapple, mango, and peaches, followed by treacle, coconut, and orange zest'.
