Whisky produced by Michel Couvreur are extremely unique, the single malt is distilled in Scotland, then shipped to Burgundy and carefully matured in a variety of sherry oak casks. 'Candid' is a peated malt whisky, matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry butt, then bottled at 49% vol.
