The first release in the Nc'Nean Spring series, Huntress. The distillery uses this exciting series to explore new flavours in whisky making, with the 2022 Huntress experimenting with the use of different types of yeasts when distilling and creating whisky. Anchor, Fermentis & Rum yeasts have been used for the Huntress 2022 release with the spirit matured in STR red wine casks and ex-bourbon casks.
