Released as part of Cask Series 10, this 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2007 at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney and has been finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. Bottled by Independent bottlers, North Star Spirits, only 308 bottles have been filled at cask strength, 59.6% vol.
