Port Charlotte Islay Barley, a heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky, created purely from barely grown on Islay itself. Barley harvested from Coull, Kynagarry, Island, Rockside, Starchmill & Sunderland farms were peated to 40PPM, then distilled in December 2008. Bottled at Bruichladdich distillery using Islay spring water taken from the Octomore field of farmer, James Brown.
