Within this bundle we've combined the following fabulous Islay drams:
Port Charlotte 10 year old: A heavily peated whisky (40PPM) matured in a combination of 1st and 2nd fill American whiskey casks along with 2nd fill French wine casks. Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014, distilled from barley grown at eight local farms on Islay and matured in a combination of 1st fill bourbon, 2nd fill wine and 2nd fill virgin oak casks. Last but not least is the fifth release in the Cask Exploration series, SC:01, a fantastic dram matured in a combination of casks for 9 years and the first in this series to use 100% Islay grown barley.
