Launched back in 2001 this is the very first bottling of the on-going Port Ellen Annual Release by Diageo.
This individually numbered, very rare 22 year old Port Ellen comes from a limited release of one of the final year's distillations of this sadly closed Islay distillery.
Distilled in 1979, bottled in 2001 this very limited release whisky is becoming very rare and hard to find.
