The label on this bottling features Jon Beach, proprietor of the Fiddler’s whisky bar in Drumnadrochit. Jon is sitting in front of his favourite distillery, Port Ellen, and is looking rather sad as its been long closed and is no longer producing his favourite malt whisky.
