Bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd, this is the first independent bottling from Raasay distillery! Distilled in 2017 and matured for 4 years in single cask #23, only 240 bottles have been filled at cask strength, 56.1% vol. Release as part of the Spring Release collection for 2022.

Awards
Nose
It opens with sweet flavours of mature Sauternes, apricot jam, mace and rich fruit. The distillate shows itself with peat smoke, soot and bonfire ash.
Palate
Sweet sherry influenced notes and coastal peat smoke bring waves of spice, orange syrup and dried fruit. Complex layers of dark chocolate, smoked pancetta, prunes, spent fireworks and cedar notes appear.
Finish
A long finish offers lingering peat smoke and delicate halting spice.
