A delightful single malt from Royal Brackla distillery, distilled in 2011 and matured for 13 years then bottled from a refill sherry butt. Bottled by excellent indie bottlers Thompson bros, filled at 48.5% vol with artwork by KMG. Tasting notes for this single malt Royal Brackla sound excellent!

Nose
Pine needles and peppery, nicely resinous with notes of Brackla. Liquorice, a delicious pint of Weihenstephaner, fennel seed, curry (broadly speaking), cereal bars.
Palate
Lemons and green apples with kiwi and peppery spice. Fermenting cider
Finish
Triple sec (maybe double sec) and pastry. Lovely stuff
