Following on from a release that's certainly a contender for dram of the year, this is Signatory 100 Proof Edition #27. This superb valued dram was distilled at a very famous and well known distillery (M) in Speyside (can you guess which one?) and matured in a combination of 1st fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts for 13 years. Filled at 57.1% vol, non-chillfiltered, without any additional colour and bottled as part of the excellent 100 Proof series from Independent bottler, Signatory.
