Cask #22601101 was filled on 3rd March 1987 and has been maturing in Gordon & MacPhail's warehouses ever since. This is the last Talisker ever to be released by G&M, a 39 year old bottled at cask strength of 51.4% ABV, presented under the iconic black Connoisseurs Choice label that recalls the celebrated G&M Talisker bottlings of the 1980s.

Nose
Fragrant raisin and clove spice are complimented by a hint of leather. Tangerine zest gives way to walnut and prunes.
Palate
Jammy figs combine with vibrant strawberries and cracked black pepper. Subtle cocoa develops alongside pressed apple and dried tobacco.
Finish
Full and spicy with lingering citrus and a hint of ash.
