If we're right in thinking, this is the 6th Edition of Vega from Independent Scotch whisky bottlers, North Star Spirits. Distilled in 1996 and matured in an Oloroso sherry butt for 22 years, then bottled up from cask in 2019. Released as part of Cask Series 009, bottled at cask strength, 43.9% vol.
