Waterford Ballykilcavan Edition 1.1, distilled in 2016 from Taberna barley harvested in 2015 and grown by David Walsh-Kemmis, located on the west of the River Barrow in Co. Laois. Matured in French and American oak then bottled in 2020 at 50% ABV, without colouring, chill-filtration or any additives.
