For this latest series from Kilchoman distillery, two special single casks have been bottled. This bottling has been filled from single cask #726 , which was distilled from Port Ellen malt peated to a level of 50PPM, then matured in a bourbon barrel for 8 years. The other single cask in this series, cask #719 (sold separately), was produced from 100% Islay malt and distilled just a week apart from this release.
The comparison series from Kilchoman was created to showcase the different qualities from single casks produced at the distillery. To enjoy this series as it's been designed, each single cask should be enjoyed side by side.
