Nose: Orchard fruit (pear) with a hint of peat, vanilla and malt.
Palate: Malt, oak, spice, nutmeg and cinnamon, vanilla essence.
Finish: Sweet, with a lingering salty tingle.

A vibrant introduction to Springbank’s flagship malt, there is a distinct cereal note, along with notes of gooseberries, mango, vanilla pods, grapes and honeycomb.
Palate
The fruit and cereal notes carry through to the palate in notes of oatmeal, malted barley and orange pulp. Heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg and cinnamon notes develop.
Finish
A characteristic sea salt note and a touch of peat smoke round off this dram.
