This single cask from GlenAllachie distillery was distilled 23rd April 2010 and matured in a Chinquapin barrel. Matured in cask for 13 years in total then hand-filled at 60.9% vol from single cask #4951, without any additional colouring or chill-filtration. Another superb cask pick from Billy Walker and his team at GlenAllachie distillery.

Tasting Notes
Awards
Nose
Waves of dried red berries, liquorice and cinnamon, with notes of spiced dark chocolate, butterscotch and cardamon.
Palate
Notes of treacle, heather honey and ginger, followed by waves of chocolate shavings, anise and lemon zest.
Finish
Cinnamon butter on the finish.
