Jura is a curious distillery to some, we've found over the years some of best casks have come from great indie bottlers, such as Chorlton whisky. When David bottles a cask, you know he's only going to do so when he enjoys it himself. This single cask Jura whisky release has been bottled from a bourbon barrel after 15 years maturation, then bottled at cask strength, 52.8% vol, natural colour and unchillfiltered.
