Peat meets sherry on this excellent new release, launched as part of this exciting new series from GlenAllachie Distillery. Meikle Tòir - The Sherry One has been crafted using peat from St. Fergus with a 160 hour fermentation then matured in high quality Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons. Bottled at 48% vol, natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Cedarwood and cigar box, alongside butterscotch, mocha and orange peel, with hints of honey and plum jam.
Palate
Rich dark chocolate, smoked honey and mocha, followed by fig syrup, treacle and burnt sugar, with puffs of peat smoke on the finish.
