The 2015 release of Parker's Heritage is a Kentucky straight malt whiskey, with a mash consisting of 65% malted barley with 35% corn. Age for eight full years on the 5th and 7th floors of the Rickhouse Y in Bardstown. Bottled at 108 proof (54% vol), without chill filtration.
